About Us

Ms. Verma started investing in real estate in 2004 and has acquired, renovated, and furnished over sixty properties since then.  Working as a private lender she lent on over one hundred commercial and residential property renovations throughout California and other states.  Her roots as a software engineer were fundamental to starting Dashvisors.  Dashvisors gives testament to her deep and broad understanding of accounting, statistics, data analysis, IT, and property management.  Ms. Verma holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.  She worked for nearly two decades in drug research & medical device software development prior to forming Dashvisors.
