Data in the system can be refreshed as often as every minute.  The greater number of refreshes used the higher the usage of the cloud infrastructure.  Lower refresh rates have lower cost.  For most businesses a weekly refresh rate offers the right mix of cost and function.

We offer a 30 day free trial after your initial setup fee in the Basic Tier.  To create your custom dashboards and visualizations we will generally need at least 10  implementation hours.

The setup fee is determined by the complexity of your data.  Implementation hours may be purchased in packs of 10.  We recommend 20 to 40 hours to start for small business.  During implementation we source and build your data pipelines and consult with you to produce metrics most important to you.  We then create dashboards and visualizations and add governance as per your requirements.

Though subject to change, we offer implementation hours in packs of 10 for $195/hour.   For enterprise clients we will provide a custom quote upon evaluation.  The implementation time increases as the sources of data increase, the dependencies in the data increase, and the amount of transformations or filtering needed increases.

We can create permissions and limit who has access to what data.  Sensitive data such as salaries can be restricted to certain users only.

A small to medium business will require approximately 20 to 40 hours of implementation time.  Large enterprise clients will require more depending on the complexity of the operation, the amount of data to be cleaned and transformed, and the visualizations desired.

We offer accounting services for businesses needing help in organizing data and creating an accurate set of numbers.  The quality of the input data will determine the reliability and trustworthiness of the output data.  We check and double check all your data to ensure accuracy.

We can also refer you to accounting or bookkeeping firms if we cannot meet your specific needs.

Yes, we work closely with professionals already in your organization creating your financial or operations data.  If your organization has cloud based systems such as Quickbooks, Xero, or Netsuite, we can easily connect and keep data refreshed as often as desired.

We can connect to any cloud based system with an API.  If your system does not have a public API we can accept spreadsheets, JSON files, and other formats.
